I wish to secure a 4bil isk bond. Payed back with 6% fixed interest for the time period of one month. With each share value being 100mil isk.
I have been running reactions for a while now, and I took a big step in purchasing a corporation with 11 large towers. They are all set up in a quiet lowsec system one jump from highsec about 20 jumps from Jita.
Since the acquisition of these new towers, I was able to expand my current reaction production up around 600% with my current wallet. That left me running around 7 of my total of 12 towers (one of which I previously held).
Unfortunately, with my current purchasing power, I am only able to purchase enough reaction materials to run these 7 towers for about 48 hours at a time, meaning I have to go to jita daily, and sell for a quicker turnover rate that I would like. From this, if I bought at sell order prices and sold to buy orders for my entire needs, I would turn a 4.5 billion profit a month at full capacity. With upwards of 6 billion isk a month profit running at full capacity with all current jita prices remaining steady.
I am looking for a 4 billion isk loan, to expand my current operations onto the last of my towers with at least a few days of time between jita runs so I can better purchase with orders on the market. I offer a 6% fixed return with complete payback one month from the time of investment.
Risk mitigation.
Currently, I have three areas of which I would need to manage. And one you need to be concerned with.
The first, is attacks on my reaction POSs. All are defended but an assortment of ECM, Turret Batteries, and Energy Neutralizer Batteries. If my towers were to be sieged, it would take them nearly all day to reinforce all my towers. If this were to happen, I would still have access to all my silos in reinforced and be able to remove the reaction materials from the towers. Total destruction of the towers would mean a practically immediate payback of the loan with returns calculated up to the day the tower was reinforced. The only ISK that would be lost would be my personal investment into the towers.
Second is suicide ganking of my freighter. I highly doubt this would happen for two reasons. The recent changes to insurance payouts, and the fact that I refuse to fly anything more than 2.5b isk worth in a freighter. Should this happen, I will use the profits I have accumulated to this point to repurchase a freighter and continue operations with a likely smaller freighter load.
Third, the final risk is a market crash of the reactions I run. First and foremost I would like to say that the reactions I have include such a high turnover rate, that I can sell any amount via sell orders within around 6 hours. It has high volume and little fluctuations. The worst case scenario would be a massive increase in the price of my moon goo. But nothing short of a 25% shift in the spread between my purchased materials, and my product will cause me to approach negative returns. As I update my spreadsheets frequently, I hardly expect much of an issue to rise here.
The last upon which you must concern yourself is whether or not I am a scam. I can tell you I am not, but that doesn't amount to much. Here I offer up the full API of my characters to an auditor, who can confirm that I have been running these reactions and own the towers I claim to own.

All purchased materials will reside in a highsec station until they are being used, in which case that make a single jump into lowsec and are immediately warped directly to a large POS. That is I never have all my eggs in one basket.
Should I be unable to repay the bond in full at the end of the prescribed time period, I will unanchor and sell as many towers as needed to achieve the ability to do so.

Uhm kay.
Anyways, you can read my post history pretty easy. Or you know, ask me? I expanded my operation too fast, and to be honest, I can run it with my isk, but it is a lot of micromanagement is what I have been doing for a while with slow increase in my production as I prefer to put isk into sustained production rather than quick increases.
I could have posted with an alt with no connection to this character. Anyways if you had dug a little deeper the 'scam' was essentially the lofty. Which while still a breach of trust is a tough cookie to call a scam. I've a clean history for quite a while, but yea. Once and forever is the motto here.
Anyways, I still offer this to anyone who is looking for a bond to invest in.

Thats a lot of names I have never heard of. I know about 3 or 4 of those names, and all but one are friends ingame.
But good job on linking a bunch of threads I've not seen before.
Well, thats fine guys. I suppose I won't get the full amount I asked for. I'll go for the smaller ingame loan of 2b.  Since thats as much collateral I can afford to put up to a private investor.
I was hoping for some help on the start up end to increase capacity, but I know I can wait a little and do it myself. Sustainable business ftw.
On scamming, yea, I condone scams when effort is put out. I'm not going to lie to you guys. Though, 4 bil is a rather small amount to try and scam.
